These are WisdmLabs' terms for purchasing and using Subscription Health Check, a licensed WordPress plugin sold through plugins.wisdmlabs.com. They're adapted from WisdmLabs' product terms, also published at store.wisdmlabs.com/product-support.

Support

WisdmLabs provides support for Subscription Health Check as a premium, purchased plugin. Support is available Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. IST (GMT +05:30).

To receive assistance, be ready to provide:

  • ▸The website URL where the issue occurs
  • ▸WordPress admin credentials
  • ▸User role credentials, if applicable
  • ▸FTP credentials, for coding issues
  • ▸Permission and a preferred time window to test plugin conflicts

Support covers bug fixes for active licenses. Feature requests are treated as separate, chargeable customization work. Support is not provided for core customizations you've made yourself, or for expired licenses.

License and renewal

A purchased license warrants support and updates for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, the license expires but the plugin remains functional — you simply stop receiving updates and support until you renew.

Auto-renewal is enabled by default; you can manage or cancel it from your account dashboard at any time. Renewal is billed at the then-current base price, regardless of what you originally paid.

Refund policy

WisdmLabs offers a 15-day guaranteed refund on new purchases or renewals. Refund requests made after 15 days of purchase or renewal are not accepted. Partial refunds for individual plugins are not offered.

Data tracking

Subscription Health Check includes an opt-in product tracking feature that collects non-personal environment data — PHP version, WordPress version, and plugin version — to help improve the product. Participation is optional and handled in full compliance with GDPR.
